The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything but set back from the main road quite a bit so it's quieter.
We are a young couple with a one year old; we stayed here for 3 nights while in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. We had to ask for more towels every day because they only gave us two bath towels - enough for the two of us adults but not for our little guy to take a bath after rubbing food in his hair every day. I went to the front desk and the worker sent ME, the guest, to go talk to the housekeeping staff myself, which I thought was sort of inappropriate. Isn't that the front desk worker's job? Also, our shower curtain rod was bent so that the curtain wouldn't close all the way on both sides, leaving probably a 6-8" gap on either side so our floor got soaked. We were right by a door to the outside which didn't close all the way, so we heard it slamming/bouncing late at night and early in the morning. If someone could simply fix the door so that it closed properly, the heater wouldn't be blasting in that stairwell and the door wouldn't slam so loudly. The free breakfast was nice, but I wish it ran later in the morning than 9am. It was a challenge to get all three of us out to the lobby that early. One morning, we had our "do not disturb" tag on the door til probably noon because we got a late start to the day. We were gone til after dinner; yet our room never got cleaned that day. I would think the housekeeping staff would make a note to come back later and check on the rooms that they hadn't gotten to. Noon isn't that late.

Saw some bad wall paper work around a light fixture over the vanity. Stuck out like a sore thumb, wondered why the small overwhelmingly obvious mistake of peeling wall wasn't fixed. When they restocked my towels they did not take the used face towels.
