We had a person knock on our door at 10am reminding us the check out time and then received a call from front desk us to remind us the same thing which was very rude and had never happen to me anywhere else...

The Thai Spa was very good.
Terrible food, almost all food was artificial, including drinks, lemonade was made from lemon powder, salads had cucumber and other ingredients from cans instead of fresh ingredients. Breakfast is not good either. I do not recomend any of the hotel restaurants, it has made our stay less enjoyable. Spa (sauna and jacuzzi) is in bad conditions.
