Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel to be affordable and sometimes clean, with a few noting friendly staff or comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, misleading or unavailable amenities such as the pool, cleanliness issues including pests, and disappointing breakfast options. While value for price was a highlight, the overall experience was mixed due to these recurring problems.
