“Private onsens! Staff are very friendly and eager to help. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very delicious.”
“It was a surprise for me that there are 6 private onsens for only the hotel guest, it was wonderful to have privacy. The public bath was huge and it was very nice. I like the lighting in the room cos it was warm white (more cozy) comparing to most of the traditional ryokans usually have bright white. The staffs are kind and helpful.”
