Glad we were only passing through for one night!
Decor was unique, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Eileen was helpful! They made us a breakfast two hours early before time because we had an early flight.
The room was small, which in Athens is understandable, but the furniture was too big for the room. There were two a/c units in the room, which we didn't know one didn't work. Missing remote for the working one, and never cooled the room down. The phone didn't work until staff said we had to jiggle the cords. The area of the hotel wasn't the best, but the price reflected.
Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The common areas of the hotel are beautiful. Room was spacious. A/C worked exceptionally well. Bathroom was large.
Room furnishings a bit dingy. Minor problems such as burnt out lightbulbs, no remote for the TV, shower drained very slowly. But for the nightly rate all these things were worth it.
The hotel staff were very friendly and we were greeted with a complimentary drink on arrival. The hotel rooms and deco are very fresh, bright and modern.
The hotel is located in a rather rough part of town with lots of people hanging around on the street.
The friendly welcome received after the while it took to get there was really pleasing, free drink and informative talk of where to go and what to see.
Nothing bad about the hotel itself, just the outside location of poor quality but then again most of Athens is of poor quality.
