The location could not be better. The rooftop restaurant has incredible views, and the breakfast was very nice.
The beds are rock hard, and the staff can be a bit grouchy. While the staff who work mornings at breakfast seem quite helpful and attentive, the bar staff seemed annoyed that we were there. Key cards failed a couple times during a week-long stay, so I had to bring mine to the front desk twice to have it reprogrammed. Others seemed to have this issue too.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially the doorman Manny. Breakfast is on the 7th floor with a killer view of Athens
Excellent location, comfortable rooms, excellent friendly staffn
We did not encounter anything we did notnlike
Beautiful and Classic
Welcoming and helpful staff and tremendous views
lighting in room could be better and definitely more mirrors so one can get ready while Roomate is showering
Great getaway with views
Loved the room and it's close proximity to walkable parts of Athens. Also has a beautiful view of the temple of Zeus and the acropolis, both within walking distance. Hotel was comfortable and the service was good, though there were some issues with the room service. They were also kind enough to upgrade our room for free!
The room service had some issues, first with ordering then with delivery. We received the wrong dish, after having to call four times to get them to understand what we wanted. However they were quick to bring the correct one to us at no additional charge.
One night in Athens -perfect place to stay
It was a great hotel for a one night stay in Athens. The staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect very close to Acropolis and main city area. I would stay here again & recommend to friends as well.
The bathroom could be updated it's very basic, decor updates are needed. Room service is too overpriced, luckily there's a lot of places to eat close by.
Spectacular View, Great Location
Loved the view of the Temple of Zeus and the Acropolis. The morning breakfast was terrific and good value.
The walk was very convenient, but the few shops next door made it look seedy to presence of the hotel. I thought 25.00 for a Margarita and 16 for a beer was a bit over the top. The prices for bar drinks make a traveler like me go elsewhere for a drinks, when I would really rather stay and drink in the relaxing atmosphere of the pool and hotel.
They were very nice and gave us a free upgrade. The room was beautiful- much larger than typical
can not be even 3 stars hotel
Location and staff
Very old room, very bad veiw from my room, room can be seen in 2 stars hoteks
the staff's demeanor was excellent and personable. The Panoramic suite had an incredible view and the rooftop bar had a staggering view of the Temple of Olympian Zeus. If you can afford a night or two of luxury and five minute walk from the Acropolis...stay here. Dannis K. - Toronto
Great location near acropolis and the shopping areas. We were able to walk to monstroaki and the parliment square as well. Temple of zeus is just across the street. Breakfast buffet is great with an amazing view. We came w our 17mo old and they provided a pack n play. Easy stroller access to front entrance an elevator. Easy stroller side walk access to near by sites. Pretty good sized room considering. Overall a good place to stay w kids
