Loved the heated indoor pool. Staff was friendly. Did not like the bedding. I prefer a fluffy comforter over sheets wrapped around a blanket. But not a deal breaker.

Pros:Okay, but nothing to write home about.
Cons:I was extremely disappointed that the people in the room next to mine began talking loudly at 5:00 am and continued to do so after I waited and hour before calling the front desk. Despite being told that they would speak with the guests, the loud talking continued, and I was forced to cut my trip short. I was really looking forward to sleeping late having had an extremely long work day the day before, but that did not happen. I checked out at 7:00 am and drove three hours to be able to get some rest in my own bed. At check out, the staff was rather indifferent about it all. In addition, I was disappointed that I had to pay for a full day's parking when I left two hours after checking in and again the following morning when I left early because I was unable to get any rest.

Cons:Took them three times to give me the room I paid for. Paid for a deluxe room with king mattress and at first for two full beds no deluxe, then a handicap room with a king mattress, and finally the correct room the third time.

Pros:The room was nice, felt comfortable and clean. It was good access to downtown and Piedmont Park.
Cons:Although the bathroom door was neat, it barely serves its purpose-privacy. Having a real door would provide better privacy to use the restroom. There was a significant gap in between the wall and the door. A ventilation fan in the bathroom would be nice. Not all rooms have a great view, but go outside and there it is.

Pros:Comfort, convenience and location!! So many good restaurants and bars in the area. Short walk to Peidmont Park for the festival and so many breakfast choices in the morning and after hour bars on the way back to the hotel. The staff is very accommodating for middle aged professionals.
Cons:Hard to book during the festival, but price keeps the clientele at a higher standard.
