Cons (-) I'm not sure why they feel the need to have the music blasting so loud that you can't hear anyone speak. It made checking in extremely difficult. There are not many options for eating, there's only 1 bar and the signage in the resort is absolutely garbage. The room has a hair dryer that definitely came from the 80s and the shower door wouldn't even close or open correctly. Was not impressed at all...

Pros (+) Room was very clean. Social distancing was well enforced. Food service was fantastic. Pool was very clean and lifeguards were ensuring that all guests followed rules.
Cons (-) Check-in was not pleasant and not the first representation that guests should encounter. When told that the 19th floor reeked of smoke neither the bell staff nor the front desk staff seemed to care. Fortunately a supervisor was available to help us to switch floors.

Pros (+) The price was great.
Cons (-) Access to the north tower needs improvement. We constantly had to walk through a crowd of people waiting for the south tower elevators to go anywhere. Atlantic City as a whole is not what we expected. It was run down and a lot of the shops were closed. There isn’t much to do unless you gamble.
