Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) I think it’s ridiculous to have to pay for your parking in their regular parking lot. Not valet or anything like that just regular pull up to the place and park your own vehicle in an open spot. Also $3 it you drink a bottle of water on your room.

Pros (+) The location was ideal to every part of Austin. The staff was very friendly and courteous including an incident where i may have not been able to get a room. The lobby is going under remodel construction which should make it grand. Does face a graveyard - which i really did not care - moot point because i was out for most of the day
Cons (-) When booking with Expedia/Hotels/com...call to validate; it seems hotel loyalty members get first preference.

Cons (-) The place was under construction. No advance warning that it was to be so. Bar was understicked, restaurant was closed. Breakfast, continental, was missing basic elements like orange juice. Not the usual Hilton promise of service and facilities.

Pros (+) Very nice accommodations and quick check in on a last minute booking. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) There were really no negatives but a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice addition to my stay.
