As for the hotel itself, there are a ton of great reasons to enjoy it, but probably the best is the extended stay feature. At this hotel, you do not need to leave within a few days to save money, in fact, the longer you stay, the more money you save thanks to the extended stay rates. There is a free grab and go breakfast along with a coin-operated laundry room, you can also get pet friendly rooms for your dog or your cat to stay with you.

The rooms at the Extended Stay America Downtown Town Lake are all either one single king bed rooms or dual queen rooms. All of the rooms have a large space and come with a fully equipped kitchen – this means not only do you have a stove and sink, but also you get to enjoy the benefits of having plates and silverware too. The rooms all have desks for you to get your work done at, along with free Wi-Fi and flat panel televisions that include some of the best channels out there.

Pros (+) The location is perfect for walking into downtown. The price is right too.
Cons (-) So noisy. Any voice in the hallway travels right into the room. Especially when a bachelor party is happening next door. Beds are uncomfortable
