Great Grounds!
The grounds are Beautiful! They are remodeling and giving it a facelift. A work in progress. And it does need a lot of work. Has lots of potential. It could be beautiful. I really likes there Organic bath products..
I really did not like there scratchy blankets! They were terrible....

Stay away....
Here’s my two cents on this hotel. My best friend was in a wedding on July 4th and since I know Austin is a busy place during that time, I booked THREE MONTHS in advance to make sure I had a room! Almost no other place near the wedding was available. There were good reviews and bad reviews but I decided to take a gamble. The night I was supposed to check in, there was no one at the front desk. My husband, son, and I waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes. Then someone came in. I told them I needed to check in and they informed me that they did not receive my reservation. Yes, I did reserve it through a “deal site” but what kind of hotel doesn’t receive a reservation?? And they were already “double booked” so they could not offer me a room. Needless to say, I had to drive 3 hours back home that night. What a HORRENDOUS experience. If you decide to stay with them, call them and book through them rather than a “deal site”. Good luck.
