Pros: The hotel grounds and the rooms are extremely clean. The staff is courteous and eager to help. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. The buffet diner at the Symbosio restaurant was exceptional. The hotel is right on a wonderful beach. The assigned sun beds is a plus.

Cons: The parking garage has no direct connection or elevator to the hotel interior. It’s only connected by stairs that lead outside the hotel entrance. Not a deal breaker, more like a nuisance.

Pros: This hotel was amazing. At first sight it doesn't look super fancy, but when you take a look in all details - everything is quite luxurious. It was super clean - room maids were checking room twice a day. We took not a standart room and it was amazing decision - from our bed we directly saw the sea. The beach is also beautiful, not too much crowdy, personally i liked it more than famous Nissi beach.

Pros: The sea view is very nice. The staff are friendly, especially in the restaurant.

Cons: It is 3 star hotel standard: - No staff at the entrance and no help with luggage - No lift from the garage - room and bathroom are tiny - no control of air conditioning and heating. It was way too hot in the room and you can’t adjust it yourself - it’s centralized.

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful sea view, next to the beach.

Cons: Breakfast and dinner room lack atmosphere. Spa design not very practical.

Pros: Though it was extreme off season in Ayia Napa, Grecian Bay was open to welcome customers. We had a great time on our trip for our 15th wedding anniversary. The hotel was really clean and well looked after by the staff inspite of less guests.

Cons: Everything was perfect for our stay. We were given a free upgrade for our room even before our arrival.

Pros: They give us batter room because we celebrate event of us without extra money, and wine for free, fruits too!! All the time they change bed linen and towels, the service was very kindly, the view was amazing from our boungalo, very very close to the beach and center street. We are will back for sure!!

Cons: The smell of the toilet in our room not so good, the water at dinner cost money

Pros: The hotel sits on the best sandy beach in Cyprus. It was irresistible I had to swim and I swam in December!!

Cons: I don’t know how they rate hotels or who rates them but this is a very good four star hotel and not five. The missing point is on the fine details. For example the beach towel lady could tell me politely to give back my towel from the inside rather than gesturing me

Pros: Overall great hotel with all the extras (jacuzzi, sauna, heated pool) contained in the price for the night!

Cons: The water had no pressure in our room. The cleaning staff knocked on the door at 11:45 telling us that its time to go, whereas the checkout time is 12:00. The only way to go to the heated pool from the main building is to go from outside, there was no easy access from our room!

Pros: Dinner and breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The service was great and the staff was all very polite.

Cons: The water flowing from the toilet and the washing basin was not clean.

Pros: I was very pleased overall with the stay, the staff and also the accommodation. Everything was very clean, cozy and beautiful ! I loved the sea view room and for sure i'm considering visiting the property again !

Pros: The outside pool with the sunbeds and the lounge-bar area was our favourite thing there. Chill music, kind staff, comfortable facilities, delicious cocktails, no splashes by screaming children - perfect for having a peaceful time. We also liked how they organized meals: timing, service, staff, food, variety etc. was convenient and delightful. Also liked that the white-sand, clean water Limanaki beach was only a nice walk away. Many restaurants and gift shops, a retro amusement park are close, too. The gym was quite well-equipped, enoyed it very much.

Cons: Our biggest issue was the awful lot noise. If you have a room with view to the city and not the pool (inside area of the hotel), in the evening you'll hear very loud party music, karaoke bar and other unpleasant noises. In the daytime, you'll hear crazy chime of bells and the mass: singing and preaching in stereo, every day! Sometimes, twice a day. The area near the pool was surprisingly quiet, highly recommended to book a room with a pool view! The floor in our room was very dirty. I don't understand why can't they clean it up between a change of gusets. I bet ours' hadn't seen a mop and detergents in months when we checked-in! We weren't satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathtub either.

Pros: Beach is accessible from the outdoor pool, lots of restaurants/shops/entertainment are accessible by walking distance. The famous Nissi Beach is around 10 minute by walk. Bus stops to get around Ayia Napa or to other cities are close to the hotel. Staff at the buffet were very friendly. Waffles in the breakfast buffet were delicious !!

Cons: Evening buffet is ok. A bit more variety would be a plus. Facilities, building are a bit old. It's more a 3* hotel rather than 4* (based in international standards). Rooms need a bit of redesigning and modernization (ie. hair dryer is inlayed in the room, not in the bathroom).

Pros: The staff, Bar cervices, big room, good location, nice pool and entertainment staff.

Pros: I liked the all in this hotel-location, food, facilities. Highly recommend everyone to get this hotel.

Cons: To be honest, the only one thing I didn't like is economy look on water saving in the rooms such as no taking a bath cause there was no a plug to prevent taking a bath, and saving of napkins in the restaurant, BUT THE ALL WRITING ABOVE IS JUST NOTHING TO BE MEASURED WITH THE THING I REALLY LIKED BEING AT THE HOTEL. I would return to this hotel again and again.

Cons: Old fashioned, needs an update. Missing elements to make it a 4 stars: lack of storage in the bathroom, no tissue boxes available, very limited choice of food. No free drinkable water.

Cons: Only 2 of the staff were smiling the rest need some service training and it looked as if they were ready to go as is was the last week.Main pool was cold the indoor pool was not available to us as we had our 15month grandson although it was accessible for the locals,Pool bar wasn’t stocked I wouldn’t have been happy to have paid for the all inclusive after having been offered it when I arrived

Pros: The only staff to show us any empathy or curtosy was Lynn the receptionist and Panagiotis, the restaurant manager who unlike the rest of the staff were a credit to the hotel.

Cons: Our impression of the staff were very rude, they were not willing to help in any way, we asked for ice cream for our children which was stated on the menu, this took a complaint to the manager to get the ice cream upon receiving it ,it was thrown on the table in an unpleasant manor. At snack time it clearly stated 3-5 we arrived at 4:50 and got a very abrupt waiter who told us we were too late, he reluctantly got us snacks, he wouldn't even let us move a chair from a vacant table to seat us all. The main toilet in the hotel was stained with faeces which we notified the front desk, several hours later it was still in the same condition. Ants all over our hotel room a leaking balcony roof and no plug for the built in hairdryer. The food was below average and quite often had no labels so we didn't know what we were eating. The biggest disappointed of the holiday we paid extra to stay New Year's Eve, as stated by the programme welcome drinks were at 8 and to be seated by 8:30 and eating , we arrived well in advance with our children and we were still not seated by 9 with many of the other guests, our children became tired and upset as they were hungry which resulted in us having to go to a fast food chain. Upon requesting to speak to the manager (Mr Straudos) to explain our disappointment he refused to acknowledge our comments and literally turned his back and held his hand up to our face. The distinct lack of amenities and entertainment for the children, dispite an email prior to the holiday to make sure there would be children's entertainment provided. There response in the email was during the winter months there will be animation activities during the day, the only connetic entertainment for the children was a mini disco on the second evening which lasted a whole 9 minutes ! The kids play park was unfit for purpose with there being one slide which had a hole in it ! A very poor experience ...

Pros: There was a variety of food and the room was modern, clean and tidy.

Cons: The all inclusive stated that you couldn't take drinks away from the bar and if so you'd get charged €10. This is not stated on their information and rather annoying when you want a few drinks back in the room when the kids have gone to sleep.

Cons: 1) They don't have shampoo in the rooms. You have to bring your won. 2) We booked this for the internal heated pool but it was off and the never turn it on. 3) Only AC for heating the room, not central heating. 4) No ashtrays anywhere.

Pros: Water park was OK.

Cons: Staff were soo rude asked if they could move a table to fit a family of 8 and was told no. Staff wernt inviting at all.The food was very basic and I think any longer than 1 night we would have had to go out the site for food. The overall place really need an update its very run down
