Polite but clueless staff. The property has a jacuzzi (jets out of order) and a sauna (thermostat did not work), and a steam room. No pool.

When we checked in the room was warm but the AC was on. We turned down the AC and went to dinner. Four hours later we got back and the room was still warm. We reported this to the front desk who called for maintenance and said that she didn't know when they would arrive as they were on a call at one of their other two properties. Pros (+) Hotel was great. Disliked the view of our room though (1st floor on the back side of the hotel). Our view was of a bus parked right in front of our window. Lame. Room was great inside.
