Pros (+) Right on Banff Ave with limited underground parking but was clean, comfortable enough for the cost. Needs an update but would stay again

Cons (-) Noisy rooms, noise from pets, older building, 3 times calling off by not so courteous front desk staff despite we were checking out from room while checking out.
Pros (+) the room was clean, it had fridge in the room. the staff was also very friendly.
Cons (-) i did not like the bathroom, it was very small, plus the sink was outside the bathroom. i had my kids with me and while they were sleeping it was not appropriate for me to make noise in the room. not a good location to put the sink
