Pros (+) Front desk helped us get a room with a view of mountains and were very accommodating. Maps and brochures available in lobby to aid tourists. Soaps and bath items are very nice.
Cons (-) Artificial flowers in pool area where real plants would probably thrive. Needs to keep on updating to appeal to current standards, including carpet and paint finishes.

Pros (+) Clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful receptions, high quality breakfast, and convenient location, all of that make the lodge is an excellent place to stay for a few day in Banff.
