Great location. Freindly staff.
Lovely bathroom Great location
Modern Style of rooms and underground parking
No AC, room was too warm
Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Good value for money. Excellent location and complimentary parking.
We were in a room facing the lobby lounge and it was loud. Lots of foot traffic in the morning, screaming children etc.
Fair accommodations. Nothing special. Some staff a

Staff. Basic room, no bathroom fan, poor views.
The restaurant in the lobby - "Ricky's" - is average at best. It's not the type of restaurant you would want international visitors to get an impression of Canadian food. A nice independently owned restaurant showcasing Canadian recipes and produce would be a much better option.
Great Location
- great location: The hotel is right on Banff ave. It is within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants.
- Busy hotel: Brewster tours run out of the lobby. If your room faces the front of the hotel it can be loud. - Lack of A/C can make the rooms hot in the summer.
Good price for off season and staff were pleasant and friendly.
The beds were hard and small. The bedding seemed like more summer suitable rather than winter. Room temperature was difficult to control.
We really enjoyed our room, it was clean and quiet. The location was excellent, and the staff were very nice and helpfull. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Great loft room for family. Great location right in downtown. Staff is great.
Beds and furniture is old and worn out. Everything is clean but needs a update.
Location, quiet,bar, atmosphere.
I liked how close the hotel was to downtown.
the service was poor, the rooms were outdated, smelly and the carpet in the room was wet because the toilets were leaking.
Restaurant hours were very poor. Room cleaning & refurbishing did not seem to be of importance. Food not worth charged price. Room not worth charged price.
The view from the window was fantastic and the room was nice and clean.
Unreliable wifi
