The Woodland style only features a window to look out, but otherwise, the rooms are very similar. They offer coffeemakers, room service, and you have the added convenience of satellite television along with free Wi-Fi. Natural wood finishes permeate the room, reminding you that you are indeed surrounded by natural beauty.

The Juniper Hotel has everything that travelers to Banff could want. Between nature and amenities, it doesn’t get any better than spending some time in this great city and staying at this hotel.

Cons (-) They charged me for 2 nights when I only stayed for one, Due to an error in the online booking dates. They would not refund me because they said it was not within their policy. The Deluxe room was tiny and definitely not worth the money.

Pros (+) Hotel was an older facility without an elevator. Several front desk attendants were unfriendly. The cleaning staff was not consistent had to ask for towels several times along with Kleenex and bathroom tissue.
Cons (-) Didn't have an elevator ... would of chosen a different hotel especially since we were on the second floor and had to carry our luggage upstairs.
