Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions, shops, and public transport. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff received positive mentions for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the elevators, citing issues such as slow speed, small size, or being out of service, which caused inconvenience, especially for those with luggage or elderly companions.
