We LIKE THE LEMON TEA VERY MUCH THAT SERVED WHEN WE CHECK IN :) Staff is very friendly & able to speak in English when we check in. Room is clean.

I like the design of the hotel, very chic n calming colours The friendly greetings of the guard at the door, always helping us to open door. Breakfast was yummy and pretty for photos! The pillows very comfortable and aircon very strong n cold!
I didnt like the bathroom water hose, it was too high. The bathroom knob is hard to turn on too Laundry should indicate that we can purchase detergent from reception at 10baht Can add one more washing machine dryer. Hotel male reception was not super friendly.

Location is close to shopping area of Pratunam which is why people stay there in the first place. The staff were always willing to help with our questions.
You always have to log back on to WIFI overtime you switch yr phone off. It gets tedious and it's very old fashioned style. That's it really.
