We overslept and checked out 15 min late and they still had breakfast waiting for us and told us to take our time and eat more when we tried to hurry.
no window in the 3-bed-room. It was absolutely fine for a short stay, though I would prefer a window if I would stay for a week or longer.

Overall is ok they have cheap foods and very near asiatique the floating market...the owner is very accomodating and friendly.
The only thing I hate is the air con outside is very noisy u can hear the sounds of the aircon inside our room 303 and the bed bit hard for me..

They are dodgy when it comes to budget travellers...I booked 300 baht value deal with them but I arrived at their premises I was told sister building hosts such paying guests..which was not same location rather further in the alley.
The staff speaks no English at all...you are left with no communication with them for ordinary everyday things...really frustrating. Then restrooms have no amenities at all...so bring everything with you if staying here.
