Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near river transport, attractions, and shopping, making it convenient for sightseeing and business. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfast quality and options received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it insufficient.
