I just needed a place to stay for the night and it’s basically the only hotel close to Sugar or Beech Mtn. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will come again.

Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable, but the best thing was the staff. Very friendly ever though we arrived at 1 am. The next morning at breakfast the staff member pointed out everything they had and was very friendly. Made us feel right at home. Next morning at breakfast was the same nice lady. Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to both Sugar Mountain and Beech mountain is nice. Mini fridge in the room for drinks. Most importantly, I would gladly stay here again.
Cons (-) Ok, so this is a bad that isn't so bad. They were redoing floors and making some other updates to the facilities which was a minor inconvenience but once completed the place will be nicer for the effort. They were close to being finished.
Pros (+) Hot tub in the connecting suite room.

Cons (-) No elevators... Only one ice machine for the whole complex and it's downstairs and we were on the second floor. Bed was uncomfortable. No fan in bathroom. Hard to find outlet for my CPAP machine.
