Distance to city centre
Distance to airport
There were a lot of young, active and interesting people from all around the world, living in Barcelona for various periods of time (from several days to several months) and various reasons (travelling, studies), which gave me chance to meet new people.
location is convenient, 24 hr reception and internet, pantry, would be nice for backpackers
Meeting lots of different people from different counties from all over the world.
When I checked in they couldn't find my booking reservation, but they gave me a room anyway, so it worked out very well.
Very helpfull and nice staff, clean rooms and kitchen, comfortable hall with free wi-fi :) 5 minutes to go to la Rambla. Very good place to stay)
rooms are comfy and quiet. location central, but the road the hostel is on is quite dodgy, with funny going-ons even early in the morning (6-7am) when we had to walk to the metro to get to the airport. creepy.
they didnt clean the room every day, blankets were very dusty, duno when was the last time it was washed. i had bite marks all over - mites?
Very nice location. Central and perfect for city tour. Excellent quality/price value.
Location was ok, also the appartment type of room was a great thing (own fridge, micro etc) made it possible to keep own foods in a room.
Well, ok.. name says it.. it's a hostel. But I'm confident that we booked this by searching hotels in barcelona, not hostels. We booked 2 person room with a breakfast. We got 2 person room (which was great), but breakfast was a joke. I'm sure it was ok breakfast for 15€/night hostel bed, but not what we were expecting for our room rate. So end of the day we had to buy our own food every morning. This was also first place I've visted that took extra (7%?) for credit card payments. I don't know was it mentioned somewhere in our reservation papers, but at least it came as a surprise to us when we checked in. Conclusion.. not a bad place, specially if you are really looking for hostel in barcelona ;)
The hotel is located near to everithing, so it is easy to move around.
The hotel is dedicated to young people, students it is more like an albergue.
perfect location, 100 m from La Ramblas. Very kind people and open to any requests. Excellent price vs quality. Sheets are clean
I would suggest to have a hair drier in the double room and in case of couples, I would suggest to use bigger sheets for the bed and not single ones. Sometime cleaning of the floor was not much good
The hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit and the room was clean.
There was a horrible smell in the bathroom and we weren't on the actual premises of the hotel, we had to walk down the street to get to our room. Breakfast could have been better.
