Hotel Best Aranea

Location is away from most tourist sites and metros. Pillows werent hotel quality and when asked for replacements didnt give any. Towels werent in room on arrival. Cheap fittings that were broken and not replaced. Noisy rooms. Thin walls and could here every movement including plumbing. wouldnt rate a 3 star anywhere esle. one star in Seville booked thorugh your site was better quality. Staff presenet but generally un helpful Delayed booking until 3pm which was contrary to your site advice of 2pm.

Arif at the front desk was very helpfull. The room was fit for purpose. I really liked the location but I'm very partial to that area.

The wifi on the 6th floor was on the blink and it was very frustrating. We had to go sit by the front desk to get a decent signal. We had left for the weekend and booked for when we got back. Upon our return they had no record of our booking and no space for us. Arif sorted out another room nearby for the best price possible but we could have done without the inconvenience.

Breakfast arrangements, to expensive and to poor.

The location was very nice, and the rooms were well furnished. We had a nice view and did not have trouble with noise from any neighbors.

The rooms were a bit small, but I suppose that is standard. My biggest complaint would be the cleaning staff, who entered our room each day, despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. On entering, they made the bed but did nothing else, which was odd.
