Pros:Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful!
Cons:It's in Beaver, UT, anywhere else and it's charging double per room.
Pros:Authentic, quiet, well-maintained. Solid masonry walls including between rooms. Dedicated owner.
Cons:Cheap plastic showerhead which broke off when I reached up to adjust the direction of spray.

Pros:room nice. recently painted, carpeted, new bed, bathroom spotless. appearance from outside is very misleading. its actually very nice for the money. NICEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS ITS VERY CLEAN INSIDE THE ROOM. DON'T LET EXTERIOR CHASE YOU AWAY. GIVE IT A CHANCE. ITS GREAT FOR THE PRICE.
Cons:Horrible appearance from outside. we thought "what have we done" when we drove in! Once in room, pleasantly surprised. Needs a/c update (knobs missing), one area of very large room needs more lighting (kitchen/closet area). OUTSIDE IS JUST A LITTLE OLD LOOKING.
