Excellent 8.3
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and a good breakfast.
Cons: Last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Due to events in town the first night was £529!!!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Beautiful, luxurious room with every little extra detail tended to. Staff very professional and polite. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Perfect choice of hotel if you want something a little bit special.
Cons: Service at breakfast was quite slow.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Ideal location for access to city centre and sightseeing. Famous bars just around the corner and City Hall a short 5 minute walk away.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating!
Cons: Upon checking out it came to my attention someone had made charges to our room. Not the nicest way to leave the hotel in the end. The staff quickly removed the charges from the final bill and apologised but seeing how easily people can do it was a bit annoying. Having paid a lot to stay there it's a bit ridiculous.
Good 6.0
Pros: location
Cons: five star hotel has black mold on shower ceiling and hours of restaurant
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location in the heart of the city
Cons: We had to move rooms due to a leak so they said. We were told we would be upgraded for the inconvenience but it was a smaller room. Moved again but but just the same so no upgrade. Over priced hotel for what you get, expected more won’t be going again. Oh and no car park so had to park and walk in, not good really
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room itself is comfortable and have all you need from good smelling products in the shower to mint pastilles in a very fantastic writing/amenity set in the room. The hotel generously provide you with bottled water (2 per day) and have a turn down service (fantastic cleaning staff). Bed, pillows, blanket and bed linen is good but not amazing. Location of the hotel is very good, you are close to everything.
Cons: There are two things that we did not appreciate with the hotel. Firstly, not once did the staff in the reception (or concierge) say hello to us when we passed by the lobby to/from our room - not even a smile. Would have made a much nicer impression if staff atleast once during our 3 night sleep could have looked up and smiled or said hello. Secondly the breakfast was £20 per person and such a disappointment. We were told we needed to let the reception know the evening before if we were to take the breakfast (to get a better price) after our first day try we did not take it again but ofcourse on the bill when checking out 3 days breakfast charged. The hotel adjusted quickly but I wonder what the thing with "must tell to get a better price" was about. Also we found the breakfast having small selection, took long time to get coffee to the table, not freshly baked bread and ell did not meet our expectations.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location
Cons: The mini be good if it was included in room price
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We skipped breakfast at hotel and had something later during the morning in a cafe. We had dinner at Zen Chinese at Ann’s square by st Ann’s Catherdral. Lovely place.
Cons: Parking. £12 over night in a public car park part of bus and train station.
Good 7.5
Pros: Wasn't 5 star more 3 star .not worth €253 a night .want 5 star 4 seasons
Cons: Cleaning staff kept knocking our bedroom door and walking into our rooms this happened three times in 2 days that we stayed there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was excellent , chocolates under pillow were a great touch and staff were very friendly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were amazing and bedroom was very nice.
Cons: Trying to park when I first arrived wasn't good, no clear signage where to park car before getting to car park.

Excellent 9.3
Pros: Breakfast menu was extensive and excellent quality, with everything served at the table. Waiters were attentive and helpful. Gym was well-equipped with variety of weight and fitness machines.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was amazing!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The service was first class! Location could not have been better. Breakfast was fantastic. Was a bit concerned about the noise for the street when we checked in, but the staff came in and closed and extra set of blinds which we did not see at the time, this along with the extra thick curtains was more than enough to cancel out any noise for the street.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food that would be worthy of a Michelin Star! The location is perfect for exploring Belfast. Very central and easy to find bars, restaurants and attractions.
Cons: Could have included free parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful 5 star hotel in the center of Belfast. Wonderful service
Cons: Hard to find
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very central.Location was excellent.Food was exceptional.
Cons: I dont think it could be bettered.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Show was great and the staff
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Lovely big shower.
Cons: Was disappointed there was no Gideon Bible in the room.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Location was superb - but the hotel we sublime. Great value for money and incredible facilities, fantastic service, breakfast in the Great Room was beautiful and delicious - tasting dinner was a delight and rooftop Hot-tub, fully fitted gym and also a downstairs Jazz Bar made this an unforgettable experience.
Cons: To be extra picky - some aspects of the Victorian room we stayed could use a small amount of attention - but this really is just trying to find faults ! It did not take anything away from our stay.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and staff were helpful and welcoming
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extra comfy bed. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Great location.
Cons: Room was facing an office building and overlooked by offices.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazingly comfortable, large bed, would stay again based on this alone. The location was also excellent, good size of room which was appreciated as we were traveling with a lot of luggage. Staff were so nice and helpful, man on reception in the morning helped us with our bags to a taxi, getting drenched in the process - thank you!
Cons: V minor thing but the room windows were frosted so no view - assume it was looking into internal areas, but this didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay. Would stay again without hesitation.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hotel, always try and book here.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable room and bed
Cons: The restaurant attached to the hotel . The food there is soggy and /or greasy .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Everything was okay
Cons: Maybe it took long to have rooms available
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room and the decor was excellent and tasteful. The shower was fantastic and the TV’s were huge.
Cons: Poor reception on arrival. Too many staff lingering around but not actually doing anything. Have the wrong impression. This theme continued throughout our our stay with particular reference to breakfast area where staff (x4)were chatting and on phones in the. Idle of the food area and causing customers to move around them.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: All staff were friendly apart from staff at breakfast.
Cons: As above

Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Really clean hotel. Nice and fresh. Great location. Just 5 minute walk from the bus station.
Cons: Pillows were to soft. Towels never got changed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness & food were exceptional
Cons: No carparking for residents & having to pay, carpark very close however
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Central location
Cons: Construction site right outside with drills at 7am
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location...in the heart of the city. Close to all the pubs, restaurants etc. The hotel is new and modern hotel. Two minute walk to bus and train station.
Cons: Only thing was there was quite a large gap at the bottom of our room door...let in light in from hallway at night. I had to get up and put towels to block it each night.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Lovely modern hotel in a central position in Belfast within easy access of all amenities. The room was spacious and clean with a large shower. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from.
Cons: There was only whole milk available which meant that I could not enjoy a cup of tea. Other available options of fresh milk should be available. A lot of people do not drink whole milk these days!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We are a couple from Galway City, travelled up for the boxing that was on. fantastic hotel right in the heart of the city and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The bar staff went above and beyond for us.. Great food & drink. They deserve massive credit as the hotel was so busy last weekend and each and every one of them had a smile on their face. Will definitely be back. Possibly one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at and I really think its because of the wonderful staff they have.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly checkin staff. Superb views from 11th floor. Great location, very clean and spacious room.
Good 7.5
Pros: Clean bedroom and bathroom.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable and convenient.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good location. Good design. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere.
Cons: One of the room cards wasn't working at check-in. The tv remote wasn't working (replaced at reception). Very dusty around and behind the TV. Only enough towels for one person was left on one of the mornings. There was a dead fly by the window (trapped between two panes of glass). I was double charged for the room (the second charge is still pending in my account). I queried this at check-out and, despite assurances from reception, it's still there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: LOVED it all: the staff, before and during. They arranged two tours for me - and were great with my many questions. The room, lobby, and outside were all crazy cool! I felt like a star staying there. Chill music playing; fun and interesting people in and out. The best vibe of a hotel! Book there right now!
Cons: Can’t think of anything. This is a place I will stay at again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed and lovely breakfast. What’s not to like.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect, e.g. short walk from Europa buscentre! We loved the atmosphere and the style of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room met all our expectations, it sure was a bit small but we liked it. The breakfast bag included was a pleasent surprise :)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Simply a great place to stay!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Very helpful receptionist, Karen.all staff were friendly. Great central location.
Cons: Room too small, should have hooks on the wall to help clutter. Plus a second seat.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location, really cool decor, fab staff, great food. Perfect for staying in Belfast.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: We liked the location and it's boutique appeal
Cons: Shower lotions set too high in the shower cubicle
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Room very comfy, shower room was great and the staff were very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.....
Cons: No complaints, will definitely come back!
Good 7.5
Pros: Location - Fantastic location in the centre If Belfast. Perfect for a weekend for shopping or if wanted to go for a few drinks nearby. Very comfortable bed. Sky tv is a great addition as well as being able to use your device to watch Netflix etc. Friendly staff. Breakfast bag being delivered to your hotel room is a great idea.
Cons: Cleanliness - Our room was quite dusty, I would imagine a guest with a respiratory condition would find this very uncomfortable. Our bed was poorly made on our second day in the hotel, the sheet was not fully put on. Faulty mini fridge - The “fresh” milk in our fridge was sour. We put our oranges juices from the breakfast bag into the fridge and they also came out warm.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice greeting and friendly to the guests. Clean and safe, easy to access St. George's Market and Center City. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff is very friendly and attentive.
Good 7.0
Pros: * Good room equipment (hair dryier, iron board, iron, kettle). * Good location, not that far to the city center. Decent spot for sightseeing. * Comfortable and spacious bed. * Quite noisy- residents who was staying in a room above were really loud at the night time due to old floors you were able to hear every sinle step and noises.
Cons: * Quite small parking space. * Not great selection for breakfast but what we got was tasty. * Staff was polite but not really welcoming.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the Maranatha. The owner was very friendly and helped us sort out our sightseeing itinerary, making some helpful suggestions that we had not thought of. The breakfast was excellent - well cooked and plentiful. The room was spacious and clean and everything worked fine (wifi, shower etc). The hotel is walkable from Belfast city centre - probably 20 to 30 minutes dependent on walking pace. A taxi back from the city was £7 after a night out. (We initially caught the 7 bus but this goes to the other end of Ravenhill Road).
Excellent 9.7
Pros: She let us check in early, recommended then called a tour can for us, let us eat a little early in order to head out to catch a plane in Dublin. Very nice!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bedroom was very well presented: comfortable bed, very clean bathroom with very good facilities, tea, coffee and biscuits provided in the room and also, very thoughtful, a bottle of water. Very good items for breakfast: cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices and a very nice cooked breakfast - enjoyed the potato bread. Easy walk into Belfast main area.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great house, wonderfull and very friendly people, great breakfast … Thanks, and just go there ...
Okay 4.3
Pros: Breakfast OK
Cons: Not located in a nice area of Belfast No staff available when leaving
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!
Cons: Only complaint was the shower —water stopped running periodically.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Quiet room Nice breakfast Parking available
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Lovely, clean, comfortable - and a very tasty breakfast!
Cons: This property is not very central - about 15 mins walk to St George’s Market and about 25/30 minutes to City Hall. However, the walk is easy enough and there is a Spar very close by. It is also on a bus route.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The Host, Marian, is most helpful, and willing to answer any queries. Excellent breakfast menu. 25 minute walk to city centre.
Cons: nothing comes to mind

Pros: Brilliant food and staff
Cons: Very hot and no air conditioning
Excellent 9.5
Pros: From check-in to check-out, the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was large, fresh and clean with a huge comfortable bed. Almost had to text to communicate with partner. Bathroom was modern with one of the easiest controlled showers I have ever experienced. The restaurant staff were helpful and guided us well on the menu. For service, location and quality the Stormont Hotel is extremely good value.
Good 6.3
Pros: Nice location, helpful staff, good shower and bathroom, huge bed
Cons: In room could only open one window a tiny crack. Other window screwed shut. No air-con and meagre stand-alone fan so too hot to sleep properly
Good 7.7
Pros: CLEAN COMFORTABLE ROOM & BATHROOM. LOVELY PILLOWS ,& SUPERB BEDS. BREAKFAST STAFF VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.
Cons: LATE CHECK IN. OUR ROOM WASN'T READY UNTIL 3.25. BUFFET BREAKFAST NO GOOD FOR COOKED OPTION, AS BACON WAS INEDIBLE, FLACID & PINK. SCRAMBLED EGGS SOLID, FRIED SODA & POTATO BREAD STEAMED, WATERY MUSHROOMS. ALL IN ALL A REAL LET DOWN. FOR THE PRINCLEY SUM OF EIGHTEEN QUID. HAD TO ASK FOR SOAP & CONDITIONER. ALTHOUGH THEY ARE LISTED AS PROVIDED. HAD TO BADGER RECEPTION TWICE FOR NEWSPAPER @ 9.30 & 10am,( WHICH HAD BEEN ORDERED THE PREV DAY). & THEY STILL SAW FIT TO CHARGE US FOR IT.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Bar staff service and great breakfast
Cons: Room got very hot in the morning
Good 7.0
Pros: Bistro was lovely - room fabulous. Lots of free parking. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Its a distance from the centre of Belfast - not a big problem but important if you want to spend time in the city centre.
Good 7.0
Pros: Plenty of car parking space, albeit some of which including the entrance was on a high gradient slope staff when serving were very attentive and pleasant, hotel was extremely spacious, generous bathroom size restaurant was good and reasonable, quickly served
Cons: No air con, although at the time of our visit this was not a problem, it could of been for extreme weather the extractor in the bathroom had excessive dust build up and was struggling to perform, perhaps these could of been hovered out every once in a while Spot lights right above the pillows blinded you
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beds were so comfy! The room was really clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.5

Cons: All grey decor in room
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It was clean and so spacious and very central
Cons: The rooms were very hot there was no ac Also was told they would accommodate the parking ticket when I came up they said it was the wrong parking ticket as they don’t cover that multistory even though they told us to park there so was an extra 48 pound for parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect! Couldn't fault a thing. Staff, rooms, breakfast was perfect!
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Was very good - no fridge in room and I had insulin injection - bit kept it cool in bathroom in water! A mini fridge would be a good option and offered when you arrive , even at a nominal cost!! Breakfast was really good! I have booked up again for July 2019 as i like the hotel and it's location however it is very expensive!
Cons: The prices for room service is very expensive and then you also have to pay an additional amount on top of price - didn't use it for this reason!! Think with the costs of room breakfast should be included!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good value for money for a city hotel.
Cons: Service at the hotel.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: We had a very slight problem, our tv wasn’t working and we were moved to another room and given free coffee voucher and also free breakfast for the 4 of us, really never expected it but it was a lovely gesture, would definitely recommend
Cons: Only downfall was no parking but that’s expected for a city hotel
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location. Three star hotels are about average and so was this one.
Cons: Needed a printer in case one needs to print off boarding passes.
Good 7.0
Cons: Typical booking.com Crappy room, no view or next to elevators!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Perfect spacious room. Included everything you needed. Amazing central location for all attractions. Very modern and the hotel bar was warm and often busy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was clean and policies are environmentally pro-active.
Cons: The attached restaurant & bar had weak service.

Pros: Room very comfortable

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great location, very central. Very Comfortable bed. Nice piano bar on 1st floor.
Cons: We were on the 8th floor.there was a most annoying noise overhead ,it sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor but obviously wasn't as it went on and on. We reckoned it was the lift .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Central location. Friendly staff
Good 6.5
Pros: Extremely loud party on top floor. Awful noise. Pounding music. Drunks yelling in hallways late into the night. Have not experienced this party noise/vibe since college dorm days. Awful first night. Next night much quieter, but walls are clearly thin as we could hear next door TV clearly until they turned it off around 11pm. Would not suggest staying here on a weekend if parties scheduled. Bring your ear plugs. Included breakfast was very crowded, but food prepared well. Service staff spread very thin, but nice.
Cons: Noise! Party extremely loud on weekend.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beds were super comfy, lovely rooms, great location and above all staff were amazing.
Cons: Happy with everything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very central location, near bars and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern, spotless and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety for all different tastes.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Staff very pleasant
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was clean and bed comfortable
Cons: Toiletries were ok but would have liked if body lotion was included. Breakfast was poor- no selection of breads. Fry was disappointing. Staff were not on ball - did not notice when items were gone. Also plates bowls were missing for at least 5 minutes. Coffee was worst I’ve had in any hotel for breakfast
Good 7.1
Pros: Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were good. Breakfast was ok too.
Cons: I got a room in the 3rd floor which was noisy for traffic. The toilet was noisy too. I only stayed for 2 nights and would have made more of an issue of it had I been staying for longer. The room rate was at the top end when compared with their local competitors (the Europa / The Fitzwilliam) etc) so I will consider them when returning to Belfast. Even so it’s still a good hotel but no longer my first port of call
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My 7yo nephew really enjoyed the whole experience, especially the pool.
Cons: Noisy neighbours. A family whose children were loud and were running in and out of the room until quite late. :(
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.5
Pros: We loved our stay however the view was a brick wall of the building opposite and the room on the third floor was far too warm even with the fan that was provided. Breakfast was lovely, the nicest I’ve had. And a beautiful touch was the cakes left in the room for my sons birthday. The staff even let us check out a bit later as our flight was late and our son needed a nap. Wonderful place with staff that couldn’t do enough.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good central location and atmosphere. Staff were pleasant. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.
Cons: Our bedroom was quite small for the main and a single child bed but adequate for a one night stay. Mini bar and snacks in room quite expensive. Lacks a car park but subsidised parking 5 minute walk away. Room carpet needs a deep clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff at check in were so friendly and welcoming. Upgraded us to the Goliath suite which was amazing. Super comfy bed, huge bathroom with bath and shower as well as a comfy sitting area with tv. Great location close to Cathedral Quarter for bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The historic building converted to a modern boutique style.
Cons: The beds were so hard, we were convinced they weren't any mattresses
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great hotel, good breakfast nice and centrally located.
Cons: The view behind the hotel was only so so... but that's being picky. Rooms were great and cozy and wifi worked well!
Excellent 9.3
Pros: So central! The decor was beautiful, clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Cons: More tea, coffee and milk in the room.
Good 7.5
Pros: location location. room and the bed were very comfortable
Cons: There was a stupid parade in town the day we arrived. We could not reach the hotel for 3 hours. The town and the hotel was a mess but clearly it was only because of this event.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff are lovely
Cons: The noise - loud music at midnight to 1am and road noise woke me up early not a good combo. I called reception and they said that they would tell the people upstairs to turn down the music which was soooo loud. It took 10 minutes and then it stopped but ruined my nights sleep
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, great dining and dining staff, interesting history.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very centrally located, within walking distance to Victoria Square, and the Cathedral Quarter. The staff from check-in to check-out were fantastic and so helpful. The first floor rooms at front of the hotel are slightly noisy with passing traffic , we were kindly moved to the 3rd floor and not a sound heard after that.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It’s lovely
Cons: They are dog friendly hotel
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Location was excellent and the staff, professional and friendly.
Cons: We stayed in the Goliath suite, which was superb, the room service was excellent.

Okay 4.3
Pros: Not a lot
Cons: Very basic hotel. We had 2 rooms booked abs toilet doors in both didnit close properly. In fact toilets were like hubs- very small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and comfortable room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, comfy beds, clean rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Room got really hot which meant the milk provided curdled so we couldn’t have a cup of tea or coffee in the room. But there’s a Costa round the corner
Good 7.7
Pros: Good location in the city centre
Cons: Staff were quite food at check in giving a poor check in experience
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Most of the staff were friendly. The rooms were not too small, bathroom was small but efficient and had everything you need, also good wifi. Convenient location as well.
Cons: There was a slight smell in the corridors, didn't bother me much but can be improved. I wasn't aware of any meal deals, but had a 3 course dinner at their restaurant - starters and dessert was great, the mains not so great as they were dry (chicken and burger). There weren't many food options though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The air conditioning in the room made it very comfortable to sleep
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All staff are Irish
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Rooms were small but clean. Location was outstanding and staff were very friendly. The price was right, so couldn't ask for much more.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Location is pretty central and within walking distance to all city amenities. Basic accommodation so the price is good value for money. Excellent buffet breakfast
Cons: Perhaps a bit of entertainment maybe ? Wouldn't take much to have some traditional artists playing and show-casing their work ?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good breakfast and excellent location, near the city centre and a few minutes walk from some famous view points. Thought staff and very good cleaning conditions.
Cons: The surroundings of the hotel during the evening were not the most welcoming.
Good 7.5
Pros: Budget hotel located nearby to the main tourist area.
Cons: Same breakfast every day
Excellent 9.3
Pros: It was a 20min walk to the PRONI.
