Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location near the station, affordable pricing, and access to partner hotel onsens. Many mention the rooms are clean and comfortable despite the building's age. The amenities, such as free parking and coffee machines, add to the positive experience. Some guests highlight the friendly and helpful staff. A few negative comments mention dated facilities, minor cleanliness issues, and the absence of an on-site onsen, but these are outweighed by the positives.AI-generated from customer reviews
