Good service (as was expected from Enterprise)

Cons:

Car was too noisy.....almost felt like a wobble and groan coming from the rear tires. I think the car had too many miles for it to be rented out. When I checked the total miles on the speedometer it said around 57,000 km. A bit disappointing as Enterprise is well known to us to have quality cars for hire.

When we arrived the did not have our car ready and said we would have to wait an hour a half for it. Instead they offered us an electric car even though I had reserved a gas one. This electric car was not meant for long road trips as it ran out of power many times and took forever to charge. I spent most of my day at charging stations and it completely impacted my itinerary. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This was not the car nor the experience that I paid for.
