Cons:Address on reservation didn’t match the actual location of drop off. Drop off was located almost three blocks in a different area and was extremely difficult to find as it’s all located around a very busy city and train station. We also didn’t have cell service so we couldn’t just look up a different address.Reviewed 22 Sep. 2018

Munich to Geneva car RentalPros:The car's navigation system turned out to be very helpful and the staff in both locations did their job rather well.Cons:Long pickup wait at the Munich airport, limited choices, and difficult to find dropoff address at Geneva airport made the experience rather stressful.Reviewed 11 Aug. 2018

Pros:I got the car I requested. European Ford, with manual shift, was fun to drive in Europe. I enjoyed it.Cons:One minor detail. The driver seat was a bit too low, but I found how to fix that. then all was well.Reviewed 23 Jul. 2018

I felt decieved!Cons:At pickup and because i ask the woman told me that i could pay with cash with no problem. When i delivered the car not only the charge on my credit card was automatic but also they wanted more money than previous reservation. when i asked the man why, he just answered me it was adicional taxes and airport fees. this is not correct, i should have been warned and be told the TOTAL AND FINAL PRICE on my internet reservation, not some price that in the end will have adding some other strange fee. this is deceiving peopleReviewed 21 Jun. 2018
