Pros: Super convenient pickup and drop off right in the heart of Munich, simple directions on where to pickup and drop off car

OVERCHARGED BY $100
Cons: - Parking garage for drop-off is at least a quarter of a kilometer from the actual Budget store. This was never clearly explained anywhere. - The store location has only street parking on a very narrow street. Good luck finding a spot if you have questions about dropping off your vehicle. - After wasting 20 minutes trying to find the drop-off garage, I finally got an employee to ride with me to the lot. Despite having no other customers, they were very hesitant to help me with this. - The lot was not well-marked and extremely tight. You have to drive several levels down to find the Budget area. - I have a "MISCELLANEOUS" $200 charge that no one at Budget can explain to me. My complaint has been filed and it has been 3 weeks with no resolution in sight.

Pros: - Location was good. - Return was hassle free.
Cons: - Car given was not as per contract. - When staff was asked that change the car, they offered smaller group than paid for. Even when asked that if they can check what vehicles are coming in so that I can wait but they could not advise me. - Insurance charges were more than the rentals. (They charged Euro 749.90 for 14 days and same product was available from Allianz insurance for USD 175.) That is the huge difference. Due to time has lapsed I had to take up the insurance from Budget. - Car Kilometers were wrong as per ODO meter and rental agreement.(Car rental agreement was showing 952 KM lesser than actual KM on the car) - Car was damadged on more places than shown on the rental agreement documents. It was pointed out to them but why customer has to go through this hassle. - I will not rent any car from Budget in future.

Not using budget again
Cons: 2 days in a row we reserved a car and when it came time to pick up the vehicle, there were no cars available. All the representatives did was blame the website server and other branches. They wouldn't take responsibility and didn't offer any solutions. They simply turned us away with no sincere apology.
