Lovely place to stay
Check out being 12pm Service Express checkout Two double beds was really good, room was very nice Prime location of Broad Street Security was good coming back at nightime
Booked double room but the room was very small and heating did not work. So had to upgrade the room. £20 extra and we good very nice executive room.
Excellently placed location value for money and felt very safe with the staff at the doors during the busy night life . Beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows !
The bathroom toilet was broken the bath tub plug was rusty and no water for my kettle or at all
Great hotel in great spot , and spot on for price
Price , location , on site parking , large rooms , great staff ,
Paying £14.50 for one nites parking this really shud be free , breakfast too is extra , the door cards worked when they wanted to and we ad to change them 2 x ,
Noise pollution outside woke us up early hours. Car park was not free Bed uncomfortable
Nice sized room.
I didn't enjoy struggling to hear the TV over the noise of the lift. I didn't sleep much because the noise of the lift woke me up quite a lot of the time throughout the night. We were on the 6th floor and the noise from the street was still quite loud.
Intercom was not working. U have to go down anytime you need water
Great location, staff were great,
Jurys have really up the mark in this Hotel,We have stayed before and it gets better every year.
My visit was good and enjoyed my stay as the location is near the clubs and restaurants and the German Market
The fact that the cleaners woke me up three times between 8.30am and 9.30am by entereing my room while I was sleeping
Location despite being far from the railway station
What we were charged had nothing to do with both your prices on the internet and nothing to do with the numbers of breakfasts we had. we had to intervene to both. this is the first time we are facing this after hundreds of hotels we visited. we had our room left for the hole day as we woke up one day
hotel room was lovely - good value for money and the breakfast was good.
screaming kids running about in the corridor.
Proximaty to centre
Convenient location. Ideal for a night out in the centre of Birmingham.
Rooms were pretty basic, but sound enough for what we needed them for.
double beds in thetwin rooms and being allowed to have a smoking room
1. Staff ignoring people who were smoking in the non-smoking/eating sections of the hotel. 2. Newspapers having to be collected from reception - I wanted to read in bed. 3. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor because the shower door doesn't fit properly
the size of our room was excellent
