“You made me welcome at this difficult time. I was able to work in Birmingham. Breakfast worked well and was good given the circumstances. Staff were all friendly.”
“The room was perfect. I am only sorry that the windows don't open but otherwise very comfortable. Breakfast was fine although I'd have liked an option of oat or almond milk for the cereal and coffee. Perhaps this is offered usually when we're not on lockdown. Otherwise the staff were friendly and efficient and the wifi was great!”
