Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Stansted Airport, making it convenient for early or late flights. The staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many reviewers found the rooms clean and spacious. However, a major drawback repeatedly mentioned is the high level of aircraft noise due to the hotel's proximity to the runway, which can impact sleep quality. Some guests also noted minor issues with room facilities and occasional lapses in service, but overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stand out.
