Room was clean. Facility front desk area looked great. Pool wasn’t heated very well and the room looked less maintained. Broken claw machines, ceiling tiles missing, floor with standing water soaking the window curtains.

Pros (+) Nice place, close to the airport.
Cons (-) I did not get a receipt, nor could the hotel give me one. I am still trying to get one from Expedia, but so far no luck. Please help.

Pros (+) Close to mall of America. Front desk staff real nice.
Cons (-) Dirty room. First night we found a kids sock, empty paper cup and washroom had long women's hair all over the floor, we dealt with that. But, the next night we found a baby shoe and a used condom by the leg of the bed. Gross!!

Pros (+) The staff was great! I did feel that the bathroom could have been cleaner. I found several dark hairs in the shower and near the toilet. Other than that, the room was great even while they were doing renovations.

Pros (+) I absolutely loved the overnight staff! They were kind and accomadating , they kept a light mood which was nice since i got in at 12. Very helpful. And the room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable i missed breakfast haha
