Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport, shopping malls, and restaurants. The beds were frequently described as comfortable, and some guests noted that the rooms were clean and well-equipped. However, there were several complaints about the cost and lack of included breakfast, parking fees, and occasional issues with cleanliness and service. Some guests also mentioned problems with room maintenance and noise. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, improvements in breakfast, service, and amenities could enhance the guest experience.

I was given room 208, a very small, awkward room with a terrible view out the window. Some of the furnishings were shabby. The nightstand had peeling laminate and protruding sharp edges. I couldn't access the thermostat without moving furniture around. The bed pillows were completely worn out as were the sheets. Hilton should be embarrassed about putting anyone in this room!

Pros (+) Place was very clean and nicely decorated. This was one of the best places I've stayed in a while.
Cons (-) The air handler in the room was not able to chill the room. Thermostat was set to max low of 65 but it was never very cool and it was kind of humid.
