Pros (+) The hotel was close to downtown Blue Ridge, not quite walking distance but good enough to be considered conveniently located. The location was also close to stores and restaurants. The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The bed sheets on one of the two queen beds were torn. The room was very, very dirty. After one hour of moving around in the room, the bottom of my socks were black, filthy. There was old dried food on the bathroom door. There was food waste and dust on the floor at the foot of the beds and around the table.
