Cons: We had a room with a (locked) door in between our room and the next. This was a bit noisy since we could hear the TV in the room next to us.

Pros: Very clean and affordable, big rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi, free breakfast buffet was excellent!

Pros: Ask for the rooms looking to the inside, thy are very quiet. Rooms are generously huge, food ok and at 10min walking distance to the restaurant outgoing area. I’m going frequently to this Hotel and can recommend it also for all Business Trip, has everything you need to feel comfortable. In rush out you may need approx 1h to the airport by taxi.

Pros: We stayed 2 times at this hotel, at the beginning and at the end of our holiday. Really great hotel with ridiculously big rooms. The bed cannot even be described; it's so big you get lost in it and is truly comfortable. The breakfast is really delicious with so many options. We found the staff very kind and helpful. Park 93 is within walking distance and it offers a lot of great restaurants.

Cons: Pool area is tired and needs renovation. Jacuzzi was old.

Pros: I will never buy from you again hotel, lack of understanding and sensitivity to the customer, two out of the three I ordered I had to cancel and had to stay another day, instead of moving the date requested an additional fee, the hotel however did so with understanding and free

Pros: It is a super nice hotel, beautiful room, clean, the staff is amazing, very nice bathroom, and everything works perfectly. Great breakfast. Highly recommended

Cons: Upon arrival : the rate we were asked to pay was about higher than the one booked on line, i suppose (and I would like to belvieve) that it was an unintentional mistake; we paid the correct rate showng our reservation confirmation

Cons: Front Desk service standards vary greatly based on the person assisting. Consistency of good service delivery is definitely an issue in the reception.

Pros: The location is okay, nothing in walking distance, restaurants at park 93 are a 10 min drive, La Calendaria is about 20 min drive away. The breakfast is really good and long.

Cons: Some rooms don't have any ventilation system, so pay attention to what kind of room you're booking. The air conditioner only has cool air, no heat, but we got a portable heater which was ok.

Pros: Well-kept, safe location. More space than typical for the area. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Toiletries were amazing. Shuttle service was willing to provide for all of my transportation needs.

Cons: It was further away from the main areas of Bogota than anticipated. Rooms are nice, although a bit dated. Breakfast wasn’t as strong as other hotels I’ve stayed at in Bogota.

Pros: Perfect location, good variety of food. Nice swimming pool and fitness centre with a great view of the city.

Cons: The shower was broke. It still dropping water after I used it.

Pros: The room was nice and spacious. The location was convenient and nice to walk around.

Cons: Breakfast was not as nice as the usual NH collection. They did not have teas (you had ask, and they only had basic Lipton); the sweets were super basic and only 2 types. (NH collection has over 10!!!! and to die for!!!). They had no gym or sauna, which is also usual in NH collection). Didn´t seem like the standard for NH Collection.

Pros: Clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and modern / well decorated. Good water temperature.

Cons: But water pressure could be better.

Cons: I've stayed at different Novotels and was expecting the same experience; big rooms, breakfaat with different options, etc. However, I found this Novotel to be a bit more basic. The rooms were small and breakfast was very basic. It felt more like a Holiday Inn Express or an Ibis.

Pros: This is a fantastic hotel. The breakfast is a feast with many different dishes for all tastes. Stuff is friendly with tight security outside. Silent rooms with powerul AC

Cons: The bathrooms were disgusting! The shower didn't function properly; the shower head was broken and the water flow was almost non existent; the handle was broken and water leaked all over the bathroom floor during your shower through the glass. the drainage in the sink and toilet was EXTREMELY slow. The rooms are very small and the windows are tiny making it feel even smaller

Pros: I booked this hotel based on the reviews online and I must say this place really is the best place to stay in Bogota for business and leisure. Everything was perfect and the hotel staff makes you feel comfortable and at home.

Cons: 10-15% extra commission if you book hotel taxi

Pros: The stuff were very kind and welcoming, always willing to help. The cleanliness was also something to be highlighted.

Cons: It was really surprising and disappointing that apart from the reception no one else could speak English. If you are a foreigner that doesn't speak Spanish, the communication becomes really difficult.

Pros: The bed was nice, not enough pillows, the staff was friendly. The water was warm.

Cons: The hotel is awfull, I wouldn't mind if I haven't tryed to acquire a four star stay in a four star hotel wich was far from it, you can get much better run on your money somewhere else, for starters it Isn't near life, you have to walk alot to get to at least a moved area and is in an transversal which is a very difficult address in bogota, for taxis and for asking directions it was difficult. You can see it is an old hotel, the shower was rusty, the amenities awefull, the carpet disgusting and old you can see it hasn't been changed since the 90s... The hotel as such is not so bad if it wasn't because I had to work and I needed Wi-Fi and had none for over 2/3 s of my stay, so don't count on Wi-Fi, had to use my own data and for the price It shouldn't be my bloody problem. The staff was friendly but very unknowingly of the city I needed a.s.a.p a bank opened out of hours and they sent me on a wild goose chace in a very shitty car around the city that made me loose an hour. The cars I asked them, one to go to the bank and another one to go to the airport the next day where old and dusty with garbage for other passangers, small stuff such as a handkerchief, a candy roll, but that shows how little their transports care to clean up the spaces, so not 4 stars. by far very bad shuttle connections, and don't get me talking about the breakfast, disgusting bread bought o the cheapest convenience store in the city and old as if there is no tomorrow and really cheap brands of tea, like they dont really care to give quality but hey sure don't mind charging for it. What angries me the most of all of this is that normally in a business hotel, but I didn't pay for a corporate hotel and honestly I should have I'm sure it would have been not such a good mattress but at least I would have gotten what I paid for and not this scam of place.

Pros: Everything, the rooms are great, have slippers, bath ropes. Etc. Free parking. good breakfast and bar.

Pros: The room was decorated to a very high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The lobby, bar and breakfast area was underwhelming. Nothing for tourists around the hotel, but if your comfortable taking taxis then it’s fine.
