Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, professional, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with many reviews mentioning tidy rooms and well-maintained spaces. However, several guests note issues with noise, both from inside and outside the hotel, which can disrupt sleep.
