Comfy bed although bathroom was tiny tiny. Breakfast was great, open and friendly staff.
Offer guests charging stations for phones/laptops
Great location, quiet area, recently renovated, friendly staff.
Our room didn't have curtains, and the mini blinds did not block a lot of light
Fantastic location, convivial atmosphere
Great location, walking distance to farmer's market, parks, Pearl St. Lounge is very great convivial, great for families.
AC in our room struggled to keep up with above-average temps while we were there. But front desk provided fan to help with situation.
Functional, good location, but mediocre food
Staff was efficient and accommodated my request for a quiet room. Room was comfortable, though initially overheated. Location excellent: close to Pearl St, university, and offices.
Very poor quality breakfast. Parking lot was partially covered in ice (dangerously so) because of drainage problem.
Good value for money, but you might want to choose
Great location, large, clean room. Good TV with HBO included.
The guests above us kept my wife awake just by walking around in their room. An upper room might be a better choice for light sleepers (there are two floors). The toilet and shower are in a separate room, with two sinks outside. The area with the sinks does not have a door separating it from the rest of the room, which makes it hard to use at night without turning on a light.
