Premium Business Hotel Bratislava

Breakfast was really great with very many options. Location is also good. We hd an emergency and had to stay at the hotel for a few nights and in our case location was great and the main reason we chose this hotel. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The complementary tea and sugar in the room was nice, especially now during winter.

Well, in my opinion is not a 4 star hotel...Out of the 3 nights spent there, on 2 of them we woke up in the middle of the night because of the cold room. When we checked the heaters they were completely cold, both in the room and in the bathroom, so they were off for a while. After the first night I told the receptionist about the issue and she promised to send the service man to check. However, the second night it was exactly the same. So the next morning I went to the receptionist....again, who said the same thing her colleague said, that they will send the service man. Not sure if anyone ever came to check but the third night we did not freeze. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. During this rime, no one ever came to even check if the towels need to be changed (not that I needed them to be changed but what if I needed them changed? ) or open the window or take the used glasses.... The towels are hard and bot very absorbing... The room was smelly. I was always keeping the window open in the morning before leaving, but obviously that was not enough. Nic wonder, considering that no one checked the room for more than 3 days. The pressure of the water in the shower was ridiculous. It took 3 times longer than normal to take a shower.
