Awful. All the showers were broken and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Half the toilets wouldn't lock, and some sinks were missing the taps. The room itself was clean and minimal (as you would expect for a hostel) but for the price paid it was absolutely not worth it. The heritage lift (whilst a fascinating piece of tech) wouldn't go beyond the 3rd floor, so good luck dragging you...

Pros (+) It's a bed in a fairly central location. Staff are helpful and there's a simple breakfast available to guests
Cons (-) Showers and toilets are basic. Rooms are large and crowded. The central location is on a noisy main road. Wifi is patchy in the rooms.
