Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions. The service and friendliness of the staff received high marks, with several guests highlighting exceptional experiences with individual employees. However, many reviews noted that the hotel is old and in need of renovation, with some dissatisfaction regarding the condition of rooms, bathrooms, and certain amenities. Cleanliness and breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others expecting more. Overall, while the location and service stand out as positives, the aging facilities and inconsistent breakfast experience were common concerns.
