I had bed bugs
Convenient to the things we were doing in Bryson City
Room was clean and staff was friendly. The room had a window seat that added to the charm and function of the room.
The rate was high considering it was off season (September) and in such a remote town. The continental breakfast was the bare minimum consisting of bagels and two cereal choices and seating in lobby for breakfast was uncomfortable and small.
Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
Centrally located to local attractions, room was clean and comfortable.
Hotel was good for the price.
Location, clean, friendly staff.
Had to get keycard fixed Everytime we used it.
Room and bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, and enough counter space in the bathroom to put makeup bag by the sink. Has everything we needed.
Breakfast was just ok, but enough to eat.
Good value. Clean, nicely appointed, friendly staff.
Unusual location. There is a $25.00 charge for pets. That seemed kind of steep for a small dog.
