Frustrating pick upPros:There was no one to meet us at the arrivals terminal in Bodrum, we had to walk over to the domestic flight terminal, go through further security checks in order to get in the building. Friendly and accommodating staffPros:Helpful staff at pick-up and drop-off - we left a mobile phone in the car so had to walk 300 metres back to the drop-off area 20 minutes later to find it - the busy staff not only helped to find but they then drove me back to the terminal.Cons:The pick-up location at Bodrum Airport is in the Domestic Terminal - we arrived in the International Terminal so had to walk around 300 metres with our luggage and then go through a security check in the other terminal. This is not a criticism of Budget as all the other rental companies are in the same location, but it would have been good to have some communication in advance about the location and pick-up process.Reviewed 4 May 2017
