Lovely vehicle. A briefing of car would have been helpful as not all cars operate the same. When booking the car, a bit of transparency about extra charges should be made clear. Had to pay a few hundred extra dollars to cover insurance/excess. This made the rental for 1 week quite expensive.Reviewed 12 Jun. 2022

Good but that insurance!Pros:I booked the car as soon as we landed at the Cairns airport and it was ready in 10 minutes. The car had under 1900km so pretty new. No problems during the week and the return was seem less.Cons:By far the insurance that they try to sell you and the scare tactics they use to get you to buy into it...Reviewed 20 May 2017
