Lisa and rest of the staff were extraordinarily amazing and understanding. We had to pre-pone our travel and Lisa ensured that we still had the rental without any confusion. Great customer service. Will definitely be back in the future. We need more individuals like Lisa!!Reviewed 10 Dec 2024

The car was clean, comfortable, and performed well. No issues with the vehicle. Pick up could have been better. The agent working the rental counter was excellent. She was cordial and knowledgeable and processed my rental very quickly within a few minutes. However the rental counter was undermanned with that one agent working a very long line. As soon as she worked one customer, more people joined the line. The wait was over an hour.Reviewed 6 Dec 2024

We arrived 30 min before their closing time, but the entire staff was gone. We called and walked around and could not find anyone to give us our car. We had to go to Alamo to rent a car at 1 AM so we could drive a couple more hours to our destination. When talking with someone on the customer service line, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested we just take an Uber (at our own expense). Okay...I was a hour late returning the car. Guy behind the desk indicated I would be charged for another day weather I returned the car that day or kept it for another day.
