Pros:Staff was extremely rude. Pickup was fine until we drove out of the parking lot and noticed the tire was flat. Went back to attendant who said "there was nothing he could do"... took a lot of arguing -including being yelled at by staff- to just get them to change our car to another one, which is what they should've done from the beginning. We will never rent with Budget again.Cons:Better customer service. The car was also disgustingly dirty on the inside and smelled terrible. This was unacceptable in normal times and particularly during COVID times.Reviewed 30 Mar. 2021

Pros:The drop off was fairly easy because it's a small airport.Cons:Our car was not available when we arrived. It took apx...an hour for them to get us our car. The car was not the car we were expecting. We reserved a Jeep Liberty, which we thought was a little bigger than the car we received, which was a Jeep Compass. The agent was NOT friendly AT ALL. Need to improve customer servicePros:I liked the fact that the cars were clean and on full for pick upCons:Pick up was awful and the lady at the desk didn't want to honor my KAYAK rental price. The first car originally given to me had some mechanical issues. After speaking to the manager, they gave me a better car along with a refund of the added cost. Drop off was a nightmare as well. I had a 8:30am flight and was looking to turn in the car before 7am. That didn't happen due to no one being at either of the return gates or buildings. After waiting until 7:15am, my friends and I could not wait any longer as we had to go through customs and security still. We left the key in a budget parking spot and then called to let them know before boarding where the car was since it wasn't in the "original pick up" spot as stated on the gate.Reviewed 16 Jan. 2017
