I got upgraded to a higher level of a cqrl than what I had signed up for, for the same price. I was also offered Sirius FM as a bonus and it was a joy to list to some of its radio stations. The car was clean and very comfortable. Overall the experience was excellent.Reviewed 19 Feb. 2023

I had a reservation for 9pm pickup. My flight arrived at 9:30pm and there was no one at the Budget counter. I was stranded at the airport with my 91-year old father. Thank goodness for Uber!Reviewed 27 Mar. 2022

Cons:Staff in Jackson never answered the phone. We were getting in at 11:15PM and it said the booth closed at 11. Call all day to confirm and no one picked up. When we returned the car, we were charged double the price of what we rented it for. Horrible experience.Reviewed 14 Dec. 2019

Associate was unprofessional and flirtyPros:I liked the efficiency of service, the car was ready. It was a great experience. The rental process was hindered by the overly flirty associate.Cons:The associate was unprofessional. He asked me where I was going, where I worked, make comments about my appearance. When I asked him what was his purpose, he stated it was apart of his job. I came to get a car, not to be harassed at the counter by a hormonal college student. He thought my irritation was funny. He and the female associate next to him. It was not.Reviewed 4 May 2017
