Pros:Small Budget facility. In and out quickly. The shuttle was quick both ways and close to the airport. Not one of the airport car rental places though.Reviewed 17 Nov. 2018

Rent elsewherePros:NothingCons:Because of some new policy they just instated I was forced to take a $350 Uber ride 4hrs because my Business Card did not have my name on it and they couldn't verify I worked for the company that made the reservation. What a joke, I was wearing a damn company shirt with 9k worth of product with the company logo plastered all over 60 boxes. I will advise my company (who rents 4-6 vehicles every weekend) to rent elsewhere.Reviewed 25 Jul. 2016

Unlimited Mileage not respected.Pros:The car itself was very good, clean and comfortable.Cons:When I picked up the car rental, I was informed that I had to pay and additional fee for unlimited mileage. When I placed my reservation, it stated unlimited mileage. I was told that it was unlimited only in the 3 local counties. Never saw any disclaimers or fine print regarding that. Don't bother,Just rent from the airport...Cons:So I made a reservation and it was confirmed for pick up. I get dropped off at the trailer home/office right off the highway and my ride leaves me. When I get inside, I give my last name and reservation number, they said 'sorry sir, we don't have your van'. I was utterly so upset, I was speechless. They just didn't have it and could not give me a replacement. To top it all off, they couldn't drop me off back at work, and offered to call me a cab. The workers were fine, I guess it's the owner of that store who doesn't give a s**t...Reviewed 29 Feb. 2016
