Agent was more interested in his phone than helping me. Vehicle was not on the lot .... could not be found. Went back into talk to agent, and he just handed me another set of keys. I asked for new paperwork, and he reluctantly gave it to me. Second vehicle was not in area I was told, was blue and not gray (which would have helped in locating it). Asked a few questions like, if I return the car early, will I get a refund on days unused, etc and agent could not/would not answer. Was not impressed. Not. One. Bit.Reviewed 10 Sep 2022
